Grain Dolma



Dolma is a family of stuffed dishes from middle eastern and Armenian cultures. Grain dolma is a mixture of soft and crunchy steamed grains wrapped in lightly pickled cabbage leaves and lightly boiled in tomato and basil sauce.

Main ingredients

Kidney beans, cabbage, pinto beans, garbanzo beans, lentils, Groats(Bulgur), pepper paste, tomato paste, vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, fresh basil, and dry basil.
