Boneless veal chops over Fettuccine pasta

An authentic dish. The recipe comes from my family tradition. Dry roasted in a pan and slow-boiled over three hours with vegetables, and veal chops served on top of fettuccine pasta. Super tender, pulling apart and flavorful veal meat with the pasta can make your lunch or dinner complete.

Boneless veal chops, fettuccine pasta, salt, garlic, onions, tomatoes, black pepper, bay leaf, parsley, extra virgin olive oil, basil, dry thyme.
