Our head chef, Davit Manucharyan, has over 30 years of experience in the culinary industry and is passionate about creating delicious and authentic dishes that transport our customers to different parts of the world through their taste buds
Davit's love for food began at a young age, and he honed his skills over the years through extensive travel and experimentation. He has a particular passion for the flavors and ingredients of Italy, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and Armenian where he brings this passion to life in every dish he creates.
One of the things that sets Castel Kitchen apart is that our kitchen was built entirely by Chef Davit Manucharyan himself. He built it in his own backyard, using his own two hands. This gives our kitchen a unique and personal touch that is hard to find elsewhere.
